Optimized Care

For long term health

Hormone health is personal, so your care should be, too. Unlike mass-market telehealth platforms where you’re just another number, here you’ll see me every time. I offer a direct, small-practice experience where your protocol is never mass-produced—it’s built specifically for you and your long-term health.

Florida and Colorado.

You can use insurance for labs. The providers care is bundled into our comprehensive plans.

Bloom is a menopause only clinic we accept women between the ages of 45-75.  For women older than 75 and new to taking HRT, although you may qualify for HRT it may best be done in person as additional tests and physical exam screening is necessary. We are happy to offer our bladder/vaginal program to these women. Click here to learn more.

In order to keep care streamlined we are not treating women with gynecological issues such as fibroids, PCOS, ovarian insufficiency, heavy bleeding, etc. If you’re not sure if you’re a candidate drop us an email at hello@bloomhrt.com and we’ll be happy to discuss.

Yes. All our generic medications are FDA approved and bioidentical.  Our compounded medications (like testosterone and estradiol blends) are not FDA approved but are bioidentical.

At Bloom, we pride ourselves on being a small, intimate practice where you’re more than just a patient—you’re part of our community. You’ll always see the same nurse practitioner who truly knows your story.

Our goal is to empower you with personalized care that aligns with your unique needs, so you can thrive through menopause and beyond.

Symptoms can start to improve in a few days.  Realistically allow a full 3 months to notice the benefits.

When you’re first starting hormone therapy, we recommend a follow-up every 3 months to monitor progress and ensure your treatment is on track.  During this time it’s likely we’ll make adjustments to your medication, talk about symptom relief and work to get you feeling optimal so care is more frequent. Once you’re feeling great and your levels are stable, follow-ups are flexible — you can book an appointment anytime you feel it’s needed. There’s no ongoing requirement if no changes are being made.  Refills for the same dose and form of medication do not require a virtual visit so long as your feeling well and happy with your treatment.

However, a follow-up is required if:

  • There’s a change to your plan of care

  • You need to adjust your medication (dose, form, or route of delivery)

  • You want to review new lab results

  • You’re experiencing side effects or need to discuss your response to treatment

Think of it like your regular doctor’s office — if you need to see your provider, simply book an appointment with your ARNP.

I provide menopause hormone replacement therapy for anyone with female reproductive anatomy, regardless of how you identify.

If you’re experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms (hot flashes, mood changes, brain fog, etc.), I can help optimize your hormone levels with bioidentical HRT.

However, I do not prescribe masculinizing doses of testosterone or gender transition protocols. For that specialized care, I recommend providers who focus specifically on transgender health.

We start with a comprehensive clinical assessment of symptoms and history to build your plan.  Labs are typically not required to start unless it’s for testosterone therapy. You can use insurance to pay for labs.
